The wet scrubber system consists of the following components including all
necessary piping, instruments.

skirt/leg/lug/saddle supports and anchor chairs. Support for internals and
other parts, Induced draft blower with motor, belt, pulley and belt guard,

FLUE GAS CLEANING SYSTEM
Flue gas cleaning systems is used to reduce emissions of
pollutants from the exhaust gases generated by industrial processes, power
plants, and other combustion sources.
Flue gas cleaning systems are designed to remove various
pollutants from the flue gas before it is released into the atmosphere. These systems
typically employ a combination of different techniques to target different
pollutants. Some common techniques used in flue gas cleaning systems include:
Particulate Matter, Acid Gas, Mercury nitrogen oxides (NOx),
volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and heavy metals Removal.
FLUE GAS DESULFURIZATION (FGD) SYSTEM:
GTS’s Flue gas desulfurization systems are specifically
designed to remove sulfur dioxide (SO2) from flue gases, which is a major
contributor to acid rain. FGD systems are commonly used in coal-fired power
plants and industrial processes that produce high levels of sulfur dioxide.
There are several types of FGD systems:
Wet FGD Systems: limestone-gypsum processes, use a
slurry of limestone or lime to remove sulfur dioxide from the flue gas.
Dry FGD Systems: inject an alkaline sorbent, such as
hydrated lime or sodium bicarbonate, into the flue gas. The sorbent reacts with
the sulfur dioxide to form solid particles, which are then removed from the gas
stream using a particulate control device.
The selection of FGD system depends on factors such as the
composition of the flue gas, emission standards, cost considerations, and
regulatory requirements.
